Damaged Returns
Inspect baths and shower enclosures/glass upon delivery. You should return them immediately on the delivery vehicle if you find any damages. We cannot consider late damage reports for collection or credit, except under extreme circumstances.
If you install an item and then report it as damaged, we cannot collect or issue credit for it.
Report all other damages within 72 hours and keep your reference number for future reference.
Faulty Returns
You must report full details of the fault before we collect any faulty items.
After collection, the manufacturer will evaluate the reported faults. We will issue credit only after the manufacturer confirms the fault and approves credit.
For items in an unhygienic condition, please take a photo before collection. We will send this photo to the manufacturer for credit evaluation.
Contact the manufacturer’s helpline if you have fitted a pump or electric shower and need to remove it. Removing the item without following this advice may lead to a denial of credit. For Salamander products, call (+44) 020 7372 7766.
If you find a fitted item faulty, contact our Customer Services Department first. Do not attempt to remove the item until instructed. We will create a case file and forward it to the manufacturer for evaluation and potential credit.
Reporting Shortages
Report all shortages within 24 hours of delivery to qualify for credit. We use CCTV in our warehouse and vehicles to investigate shortages before issuing credit.
Returns of Unwanted Items
You can return items you no longer need for credit if:
- Items remain in their original packaging and are in 100% resalable condition. We will not collect items for credit if the packaging is defaced.
- You return the items within 5 working days.
Items returned between 5 and 10 working days incur a 15% restocking charge. Returns after 10 working days automatically attract a 25% restocking charge. For returns requested after one month, credit consideration follows a full inspection and incurs a restocking charge of 25-50%.
We will not collect or credit special order items.
