Return Policy
All the purchased items that will be returned will incur a 20% restocking charge.
All return inquiries must be sent via email to: sales@ecobaths.co.uk.
1. Non-Returnable Items
- Boilers are non-returnable under any circumstances.
- Electrical parts are non-returnable if the packaging seal has been opened.
- Cartridges and thermostats are non-returnable under any circumstances.
2. Returns Accepted Up to 28 Days
Returns are accepted up to 28 days from the purchase date. No returns will be accepted beyond 28 days.
3. Return Condition Requirements
- Items must be unfitted and in clean condition.
- All original packaging and components must be included.
4. Return Process & Costs
Customers are responsible for return postage. We strongly recommend using a tracked delivery service to ensure safe arrival. Before returning any item, please contact us first via email at sales@ecobaths.co.uk. If an item is returned without prior authorization, we will not issue a refund.
5. Important Notes
- All return inquiries must be sent via email: sales@ecobaths.co.uk.
- Items that are fitted or have been used are not eligible for return.
- We do not accept returns for items that are damaged, used, or incomplete upon arrival back to us.
⚠ Special Notice for Cartridges & Thermostats ⚠
Cartridges and thermostats are not returnable. For purchases made from 28/02/2025, returns will only be accepted for faulty items. Customers are responsible for paying the return postage label.
