The Monarch Matrix HE MATM004HE28 is the flagship model in the Ultimate Series, delivering the highest flow rate of any UK softener while consuming less salt and water. Equipped with 1″ inlet/outlet upgrade for 28mm plumbing, this system is built to serve households of up to 18 people efficiently and sustainably.
With FreeFlow valve technology and Opti-Brining® proportional metering, the Matrix HE regenerates only the resin that has been used, reducing salt use by up to 56% and water by 24% annually. It offers rapid mini top-up cycles and a compact footprint that is 28mm shorter than previous models.
The included Rapid-Fit installation kit features heavy-duty 1″ braided hoses and a hi-flow bypass that reduces install time and complexity. With a HiEx solvent-free resin bed, low-pressure drops, and high-performance regeneration, the Matrix HE ensures exceptional results with WRAS compliance and Monarch’s 7-year parts / 2-year labour warranty.
